We apologise for that, kindly email us at sales@zenterralighting.com or call us at 6702 6080 within 7 days of receiving the products. We will assist you to resolve it accordingly. Customers will be required to bring back the faulty product to our showroom within 7 working days. We will either offer an exchange of product or arrange our servicing team to service your product. In the event whereby the faulty product is out of stock and we are unable to service your product, a refund will be made for that particular product.
