To make a purchase, follow these general steps of your shopping journey with us:

- Select cart icon and check your order details at the Checkout page
- If all details are accurate, click on ‘checkout’
- Provide billing and shipping information, then click ‘continue’
- Review order and proceed with payment

No, you may cart out your product(s) and complete purchase as guest. However, you will not be able to keep track of your order history with us. Your purchase invoice will be sent to the email provided when you were carting out your order.

C. Online Returns and Exchange
All returns and exchanges are subjected to our return and exchange policy.
We apologise for that, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 6702 6080 within 7 days of receiving the products. We will assist you to resolve it accordingly. Customers will be required to bring back the faulty product to our showroom within 7 working days. We will either offer an exchange of product or arrange our servicing team to service your product. In the event whereby the faulty product is out of stock and we are unable to service your product, a refund will be made for that particular product.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 3 days, stating your order number, contact number and reason for exchange. Our sales team will follow up accordingly. Please note that items for exchange must be of equal or higher value. General Terms & Conditions apply.
We are sorry that cash refunds are strictly not provided. In this case, we will advice you to purchase another item of equal or higher value. If not, you may have to forfeit the remaining sum.
As we do promotions from time to time, our prices change during promotional periods, fluctuations in inventory and demand from our customers. Hence, we are sorry that we will not be able to provide any refund for the difference in price.

F. Online Delivery/Collection
You may choose to have your order delivered to your home; your purchase will be delivered through our in-house delivery team. We will give you a call within 2 working days after order is placed to arrange for local delivery.
Alternatively, you may choose to self collect your order at our showroom. We will give you a call within 2 working days after order is placed to let you know when your order is ready to be collected. Please do not make your way down for collection before we confirm a collection date with you, thank you for your kind understanding.

Please do not make your way down for collection before we give you a call to confirm a collection date with you, thank you for your kind understanding.
Simply present your purchase invoice email via your mobile device, together with your personal identification document (NRIC/PR etc) to our store staff during your collection.
Store staff will verify and assist with the collection accordingly.
Customers enjoy FREE delivery with a minimum spending of $300 before gst. Otherwise, a delivery charge of $40 will be applied for home delivery.
Self collection at our showroom is absolutely FREE ☺
After you have submitted your order, our sales team will give you a call within 2 working days to arrange for delivery. We will inform you of the available date and time for delivery and try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery slot.
We deliver from Monday to Friday, from 11am to 6 pm. Delivery slots are subject to availability. Delivery typically takes place within 7 days from date of order. However, delivery lead time may be longer during peak season, we seek for your kind understanding.
If you would like to reschedule your delivery, please give us a call at 6702 6080 two (2) working days in advance or a rescheduling fee will be charged. The rescheduling of delivery will also be subject to availability.
