C. Online Returns and Exchange
All returns and exchanges are subjected to our return and exchange policy.
We apologise for that, kindly email us at email@example.com or call us at 6702 6080 within 7 days of receiving the products. We will assist you to resolve it accordingly. Customers will be required to bring back the faulty product to our showroom within 7 working days. We will either offer an exchange of product or arrange our servicing team to service your product. In the event whereby the faulty product is out of stock and we are unable to service your product, a refund will be made for that particular product.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days, stating your order number, contact number and reason for exchange. Our sales team will follow up accordingly. Please note that items for exchange must be of equal or higher value. General Terms & Conditions apply.
We are sorry that cash refunds are strictly not provided. In this case, we will advice you to purchase another item of equal or higher value. If not, you may have to forfeit the remaining sum.
As we do promotions from time to time, our prices change during promotional periods, fluctuations in inventory and demand from our customers. Hence, we are sorry that we will not be able to provide any refund for the difference in price.
Cash refunds are strictly not provided for exchanges.
